Ken Stansbury
Ken Stansbury is a dedicated public servant and community leader, currently running for the Lafayette Parish Council District 3. His commitment to the people of Lafayette is demonstrated by his extensive experience in various roles and his numerous accomplishments.
As a Youngsville City Councilman, Ken has consistently shown his devotion to the community. In addition to his public service, he has served as an Intelligence Officer in the Louisiana Air National Guard and worked as a Financial Advisor, helping families achieve their financial goals.
Ken’s passion for community involvement extends to numerous organizations within Lafayette, including the Rotary Club of Lafayette South, the LEDA Board, Goodwill of Acadiana, and the “Y” of Acadiana. His dedication to these organizations has earned him prestigious leadership positions, such as President and Assistant District Governor for the Lafayette Rotary Clubs, and Program Pioneer for Leadership Youngsville.
One of Ken’s most notable achievements is the Keeping Youngsville Beautiful initiative, which unites volunteers to enhance neighborhoods, making them cleaner and more inviting for all residents. As a loving husband and father of three, Ken’s ultimate goal is to secure a brighter future for all families in Lafayette Parish.
